What is included in an ERTH Cycle visit?
Every visit includes all four modalities in sequence: red light with vibration (Activate), traditional Finnish sauna (Circulate), cold plunge (Reset) and PEMF mats (Absorb).
How much does a visit cost?
A single ERTH Cycle is $35 per person, the Couple Special is $50 for two, and a 10-visit punch pass is $200. See the membership page for monthly plans.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. Monthly memberships start at $95 for the Basic plan (8 sessions per month), with unlimited Single, Couple and Family plans. Every plan includes PEMF mats.
How do I book?

Do you offer services beyond the ERTH Cycle?
Yes. We offer massage (Ashiatsu, cupping, hot stone, deep tissue, relaxation and therapeutic), hyperbaric oxygen sessions and an epigenetic hair scan. IV therapy and regenerative treatments are offered through our sister clinic, ERTH Wellness.
